The URLs for videos on how to install the pet door are coming soon. We have been copied by competitors so have had delays in making videos public for legal reasons.
The instructions are very detailed and if you go step by step relative to what you bought, you should be fine.
So, if you bought a single hook lock model follow the first section in the guide only.
If you bought a two hook lock model, then only follow that section.
Note there are lots of parts and bits and pieces left over if you bought the patiolock model with a screen door adapter.

How easy is the Screen Door Adapter to fit? Check out the video below:
Fit the cover plates as per the instructions in the Screen Door Adapter box to the top and/or bottom to cover the small gaps. Note the adapter frame is cut short so you do not have to cut to length or buy another one if you move house. The cover plates adjust the height to cover gaps and can be moved easily if the next house is taller/shorter, so no need to buy another screen door adapter and no handy skills or tools required to cut anything :)
